Who am I as a musician?
What do I do when I encounter the universal experiences of self-doubt, procrastination, and nerves that can feel so isolating and debilitating?
How can I navigate my musical journey through both high points and low?
Technique, talent and musical skill are fundamental and necessary parts of any musician’s toolbox, but equally important is the inner journey of self-knowledge that allows you to bring your best asset to your work: your joyful inner music-maker.
In this deep-dive six-week course, you will embark on a guided exploration of your own inner landscape and learn to be present with yourself and your music at every step along your path. You’ll come away with tangible tools including breath, mindfulness and body awareness techniques, visualizations and daily practices for the life of the artist, and an empowering sense of confidence and joy in your own musical gifts.
This course is taught with the utmost care to create a safe space for sharing and discussion.
In addition to the weekly course, you’ll receive daily inspiration and thought questions delivered straight to your inbox, as well as a private coaching session with Katie.
